The problem
Most hotels run on four systems that never talk.
The front desk has a booking app. The storekeeper has a notebook. Purchases get approved on WhatsApp. The accountant rebuilds everything in Excel at month end. Nobody sees the true cost of a room night until it is too late to act.
Without one back office
- Room revenue typed twice: once at checkout, again in the books
- Stock “disappears” between the store and the kitchen
- Suppliers paid for deliveries that were short or never checked
- Food cost known weeks later, if at all
- Month-end close takes days of reconciling
With Tivuzo
- Checkout closes the folio and posts revenue and tax automatically
- Every issue from a store is recorded against a department
- Bills are matched to the order and what was actually received
- Food and beverage cost visible daily, by outlet
- The books are current every day, not once a month
What's inside
Four core modules. One set of data.
Each module is complete on its own. Together, they remove the re-typing and guesswork between departments.
How it fits together
One action. Every department updated.
Here is what happens behind the scenes during an ordinary day at a Tivuzo property.
A guest checks out
The folio closes, the invoice is issued and room revenue, restaurant charges and tax post to the ledger.
The chef draws stock
An issue from the main store to the kitchen moves the quantity and records the cost against food and beverage.
Rice drops below reorder
Tivuzo drafts a purchase order with your usual supplier and sends it to the manager to approve.
The supplier delivers and bills
The storekeeper receives what actually arrived. The bill is matched to the order and the delivery, then queued to pay.
For owners and general managers
Know your numbers every morning.
Because rooms, stores and books share the same data, the reports owners actually need are ready without anyone building a spreadsheet.

Questions
Common questions
What is a hotel back office system?
It is the part of hotel software that runs behind the front desk: reservations and guest folios (PMS), buying from suppliers (procurement), controlling what is in your stores (inventory) and keeping the books (accounting). Tivuzo puts all four in one system so they share the same data.
Do I have to replace everything at once?
No. Many properties start with the PMS and accounting, then switch on procurement and inventory once the team is comfortable. Everything you enter early on carries forward.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Tivuzo runs in the web browser on laptops, tablets and phones, so the storekeeper, the chef and the owner can each use it from wherever they work.
